This beautiful house in Sussex was designed by the homeowner to very exact specifications, which they trusted us to make a reality.

Very traditional building techniques were utilised, along with reclaimed materials wherever possible.

Built form the ground up, the house featured attractive herringbone brickwork and plenty of J.H. Payne’s onsite produced bespoke joinery.
