The project involved the careful upgrading and restoration of the existing structure, including extensive underpinning works, repointing of the external masonry, and the installation of new windows and doors manufactured by our in-house joinery workshop.

The farmhouse was fully rewired and fitted with a new heating system throughout, while the existing roof was completely renewed. Great care was taken to preserve the character and historic features of the building whilst delivering modern standards of comfort, energy efficiency, and functionality.

The completed project successfully combined traditional craftsmanship with contemporary construction techniques, resulting in the sympathetic restoration and enhancement of this historic property.
